N38Audit
Accountancy & Audit
The numbers, filed on time and explained in plain English. N38Audit handles the accounts, tax and audit for sole traders, limited companies and families across the UK — on a fixed monthly fee, with a named accountant who answers the phone.
N38Audit is a London accountancy and audit practice built for one job: keeping the numbers straight for people who would rather be running their business than reconciling it.
Most people meet their accountant once a year, in a panic, the week a deadline lands. We work the other way round. Every client gets a named accountant, a fixed monthly fee agreed up front, and a diary of every filing date — Self Assessment in January, the VAT quarters, the confirmation statement, the corporation-tax window — tracked so none of them arrives as a surprise.
We take on sole traders finding their feet, limited companies scaling past the VAT threshold, and families sorting income, property and inheritance in the same conversation. The work is the same either way: get the record right, claim what's allowable, file it early, and tell you what it means in words you can actually use.
Good accounting isn't about doing more — it's about there being nothing left to worry about. N38Audit keeps the books clean, files them early, and tells you the tax bill months before it falls due — not the week it's already late.
Fixed monthly and fixed-fee work, quoted before we start. Prices below are starting points; we confirm the figure once we've seen the size of the job.

Tell us your set-up and what needs filing. We'll come back within one business day with a fixed-fee quote.
